Product Delivery:

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order placement. It’s important to note that the delivery address can be different from the billing address.

Verification Upon Delivery:

Upon receiving the merchandise, the customer is required to carefully inspect its condition. If any damages are observed on the package due to transportation, the customer must promptly report them to the carrier by noting them on the delivery receipt. It is also recommended to open the package in the presence of the delivery person to identify any missing or transport-related damaged products. The delivery person should allow the customer time to file a detailed and specific claim, as this claim will be crucial for subsequent compensation.

All items offered for sale are typically in stock in our warehouses.

Delivery Timeframe:

The delivery timeframe is specified in each product listing as well as in your shopping cart. It applies to all orders placed before 11 p.m. (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 11 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Carriers:

For shipping, “Bestbluezone” primarily collaborates with GEODIS, UPS, DPD, CHRONOPOST, and COLISSIMO for larger parcels. As soon as an item is shipped, the customer receives an immediate email notification.

Free Shipping Offer:

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. When validating your order, you can choose from various delivery modes. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the selected delivery method and the ordered quantities. Note that shipping costs are waived for orders totaling €200 (including VAT) for home delivery, and €1000 (including VAT) for certain destination countries.
