Our refund and return policy extends for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

However, certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable gases.

Here are other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items     

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, opened cassettes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Next, contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@bestbluezone.com

    Sale items:

  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

    Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@bestbluezone.com .

    Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping returns:

To return your product, you must notify us by email, and a return shipping address will be provided to you.

It is your responsibility to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
